"I spent my Short Break grant on an SRT More4Life membership. My whole family benefited even though the subscription was just for me. I felt able and encouraged to take my bairns swimming more often and the improvement in my mental health due to the subscription had a positive impact on my whole family. I reached burnout this year because I was doing too much for everyone else and not looking after myself. Having the subscription has meant that I have made myself a priority. After my break I felt an increase in confidence, less stressed and less isolated."

Sometimes you may want to speak to someone who is in a similar position to you. Our groups are all very relaxed and welcoming to new people - you can just come along or you are welcome to give us a ring beforehand and we can meet first.
