Next Stepping Out Together..... Thursday 1st October..... Cullivoe Hall, Yell from 11.30 until 2.00pm

This is a session for over 60's and Carers.... everyone welcome. We will be doing a Chair based exercise class for those who are interested but we will have other things to do and it can be an opportunity to just sit and chat with friends.
