Scotland's National Wellbeing Hub

Scotland's National Wellbeing Hub has been set up for everyone who has a responsibility to provide support to others, including unpaid carers.

In response to the pandemic, Scotland's National Wellbeing Hub https://www.promis.scot/ has been set up. To help unpaid carers better utilise this tool, a free webinar for unpaid carers is being offered - and as well as learning more about the hub, a programme called 'Feeling Good', which focuses on building personal resilience to cope with stress, anxiety, low mood, will be covered.

The sessions will be held online on Tuesday 24th November (at 4pm) and Wednesday 25th November (at 7pm). They will be run by Dr Alastair Dobbin and Sheila Ross who developed the programme. To attend a session, click on the relevant link below:
