The next sessions for the Person Centred Planning training will be on Mon 4th, Tues 5th and Wed 6th of Sept.The first lot of training was really well received and attended by parents, carers and professionals in education and social care. Almost 60 people in Shetland are now able to facilitate a person centred plan, using the Map and Path tool. here is a little bit more information about the 3 days. Many parents have found this a really useful training course.
