This year’s Winter looks very different to previous ones, and even those who may have normally had good mental health may be feeling more worn down.
On behalf of the Scottish Government, this phase of the Clear Your Head campaign is designed to ensure everyone gets through Winter feeling as mentally well as possible. It’s easy to feel more lonely and isolated at the moment, but there are plenty of things you can do to stay connected to others and nature.
