Sibling Group Sessions

Activity and venue to be confirmed

We run a monthly group on a Saturday morning from 10.45 - 12.45 for young people who have a sibling with Additional Support Needs or possibly carrying out a small caring role for a parent.

This group is to specifically designed so that children can have time out from their sibling. It is timed so that it fits with the drop off and pick ups for the Ability Shetland Saturday Club, so that once a month parents can also have some respite time!

We always have lots of ideas for activities, from arts and crafts, to board games, to cooking, to going for a walk, plus lots more! Usually these will be decided on the day, but if you have a great idea that you would like to do, let Laura know beforehand on laura.russell@shetland.org or 01595 743946.

Please see Family Days events tab for more information about activities you can bring the whole family to.
