Carers’ Tea & Tabnabs – Drop-In Morning

Are you an unpaid carer? Come along to Market House for tea and tabnabs!
Drop in anytime between 10am and 12:30pm on Tues 22nd Sept 2026, for tea and tabnabs, and a chance to have a chat with other carers.
There’s no need to book — just come along when you can and stay for as long as you like.

Please enter through the blue door on Harbour Street, across from the long-stay car park. If you’re unsure where to go, just come to reception and we’ll show you the way.
