Stress & Anxiety

  • Headspace - mindfulness activities and guided meditation
  • Breathe - helps you to relax and focus on yur breathing
  • Recolour - mindfulness colouring
  • Calm - meditation tachniques for sleep and stress reduction

There are also a couple of websites that may be useful

  • Moodjuice - offers information on mental health disorders and how to deal with them.
  • Anxiety Canada - has tools and resources to help better manage anxiety

Specifically for Young People

  • Mindshift - designed to help teenagers and young adults cope with anxiety

Dementia / Memory improvements

Lumosity - Brain training for everyone

Can plan - good for dementia, film video of tasks and schedule in calendar
