My SDS – A Self Directed Support Toolkit
Penumbra has created a free to use digital Self-directed Support (SDS) toolkit for funded Social Care and Support. The toolkit is available to support people with having more choice, control and empowerment to live the lives they want.
The resource allows people to explore SDS in their area and links them directly to information, tools and services. It includes features such as diary and budgeting tools to promote more individual control and outcomes.
