Our groups are split into age groups. The group activities can be tailored to the needs of the participants and anything is possible.

Young Carers Group
This group is aimed at 11 - 17 yr olds. We have a range of activities on offer: Leisure activities, Arts and Crafts, Mareel or Takeaway Nights. Our sessions are flexible so dates and times can vary.
Young Adult Carers
We are looking for feedback from our Young Adult Carers, aged 18 - 25yrs, on what they feel will be beneficial for them. We offer 1-1 sessions, group sessions or events.
