Shetland Carers regrets to inform that our dedicated service for the groups and support for children and families will no longer be running, as of April 2024, due to unsuccessful funding.

We are saddened to get this news and see Laura Russell leave Shetland Carers. I hope you can all join us with wishing her well for the future - she will be extremely missed by all! We would also like to thank Laura for all her dedication and hard work within this role over the years.

We will be working hard at Shetland Carers, within our capacity and the time allowed, to get Shetland Carers to be the dedicated service that is needed in Shetland for our unpaid carers.
